Refund Policy

Last updated September 16, 2026. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for Flow Music subscriptions billed through Stripe.

1. Summary

Flow Music is a subscription service that delivers credits and studio access as soon as you subscribe. Because delivery starts immediately, refunds are limited to the cases described below.

Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

2. Subscription billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically. The renewal date, amount and plan are shown in your account settings and on every invoice.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. When we refund

We refund in full, or issue a credit, in these situations:

  • You were charged twice for the same billing period because of a technical fault.
  • You cancelled before the renewal date and were still charged for the next period.
  • A plan feature you paid for was unavailable for a sustained period and we could not provide a workaround.
  • You were charged in error after closing your account.

4. When we do not refund

Because renders consume compute as soon as they run, we do not refund periods in which you used the Service.

  • Credits already spent on renders, including takes you did not keep.
  • A change of mind after the billing period has started and renders have been used.
  • Unused credits, or credits left over when you cancel.
  • Output that did not match a creative expectation, where the Service worked as described.
  • Accounts closed for breaching our Terms of Service.

5. Unused periods and plan changes

If you upgrade mid-period, the unused part of your current plan is applied to the new one, so you are not billed twice for the same time. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

If you forget to cancel and contact us within seven days of a renewal on which no renders were used, we will refund that renewal as a goodwill measure.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and we email you. Access may be suspended during the retry window. Update the payment method from your account settings to restore access; no extra fee is charged for a retry.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@flowmusic.lol from the address on your account, with the invoice or payment reference and a short description of the issue. We reply within two business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds usually settle within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. Stripe processing fees are not deducted from a refund we approve.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before starting a chargeback. Most issues are resolved the same day, and a chargeback freezes the account while the bank investigates. We cooperate with legitimate disputes and will not penalise a customer for raising one in good faith.

9. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with equivalent rules, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a digital service purchase. By subscribing and using the studio within that window, you ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right for the part already delivered.

Rights you have that cannot be waived by agreement always apply, and this policy does not limit them.
